Exhibitor Details
STANDARD BOOTH: Your Standard Booth registration of $1,000 includes one 10’ x 8’ booth space with draping, one 6’ draped/skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one booth identification sign.
You also have the option of adding branded banners placed around campus during the event. Each banner costs $250.
Please note that timely submission of artwork for banners will be required. The artwork deadline is August 15, 2025.

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and will be made in order that applications with full payment are received under the discretion of the College.
Exhibitor Benefits
Exhibitor registration includes the following:
- Two non-CE registrations for Palmer Main Campus Homecoming
- Two tickets to the Alumni Social (must be registered in advance)
Exhibitor company names will be printed in the event program, as well as displayed on this web page.
With prime location in R. Richard Bittner Athletic & Recreation Center, event guests will be encouraged to visit exhibitor booths throughout the event and during designated breaks.
Prizes donated by exhibitors will be given away in the Expo.
Payment
Please submit full payment to guarantee your reservation. If you pay by check, please make it payable to Palmer College Foundation. To ensure a listing in the published program, your reservation must be received by August 15, 2025. *
*Exhibitors reserving after this date will be listed on a separate exhibitor addendum sheet.

Exhibitor Schedule
Wednesday, September 17
- Expo set up from 8-11 a.m.
- Registration desk opens at 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Expo hours 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Student and Alumni Courtyard Party 4:30-7:30 pm (enjoy food, drinks, & talent show)
Thursday, September 18
- Expo hours 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Classes from 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
- Coffee & water are served all day in the Expo
- Snacks in the Expo
- Photo Booth open during Expo hours
Friday, September 19
- Expo hours 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Classes from 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Coffee & water are served all day in the Expo
- Snacks in the Expo
- Photo Booth open during Expo hours
Saturday, September 20
- Expo hours 8 a.m.-noon
- Exhibitor Teardown at Noon
- Classes from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- Coffee & water are served during the Expo
- Snacks in the Expo
- Photo Booth open during Expo hours
