Exhibitors

Your exhibitor registration fee of $600 includes one 10’ x 8’ space, one 6’ draped and skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one booth identification sign.

Take advantage of the opportunity to add branded banners around campus during the event for just $250 each. Timely submission of artwork is key, with a deadline of November 21, 2025.

Booths are assigned based on a first-come, first-served basis, so act quickly to ensure the best placement!

Exhibitor registration includes the following:

• Two non-CE registrations for Palmer Florida Homecoming
• Two tickets to the Alumni Social (must be registered in advance)

Your company name will shine in the event program and prominently on the event webpage. With prime visibility in the lobby of Building Two, attendees will be encouraged to visit exhibitor booths throughout the event and during designated breaks.

Prizes donated by exhibitors will also be awarded in the exhibit hall.

Please secure your reservation with full payment. If you pay by check, please make it payable to the Palmer College Foundation. To ensure your name is included in the published program, your reservation must be received by November 21, 2025. Exhibitors registering after this date will be listed on a separate exhibitor addendum sheet.

Exhibitors’ move-in is scheduled for Thursday, January 29, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm. EST

Tentative exhibit hall hours are:

• Thursday, January 29: 2-5 p.m. – NEW! The kickoff to Florida Homecoming 2026 starts with games on the lawn. Join us early for access to Palmer students, staff, faculty, and Homecoming attendees!
• Friday, January 30: 8-4 p.m.
• Saturday, January 31: 8-4 p.m.

Final information about set-up and exhibit hall hours will be provided via email to all registered exhibitors.
