Exhibitors

There are two options available for exhibitor booth registrations. Please select the one that best suits your needs and preferences:

• STANDARD BOOTH: Your Standard Booth registration of $1,000 includes one 10’ x 8’ booth space with draping, one 6’ draped/skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one booth identification sign.
• PREMIER BOOTH: Your Premier Booth registration of $1,250 includes one 10’ x 8’ booth in a premier location with draping, one 6’ draped/skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one booth identification sign.

You also have the option of adding branded banners placed around campus during the event. Each banner costs $250.

Please note that the timely submission of artwork for banners will be required. The artwork deadline is July 14, 2025.

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and will be made in order that applications with full payment are received under the discretion of the College.

Exhibitor registration includes the following:

• Two non-CE registrations for Palmer Main Campus Homecoming
• Two tickets to the Alumni Social (must be registered in advance)

Exhibitor company names will be printed in the event program, as well as displayed on this web page.

With prime location in R. Richard Bittner Athletic & Recreation Center, event guests will be encouraged to visit exhibitor booths throughout the event and during designated breaks.

Prizes donated by exhibitors will be given away in the Expo.

Please submit full payment to guarantee your reservation. If you pay by check, please make it payable to Palmer College Foundation. To ensure a listing in the published program, your reservation must be received by July 14, 2025. *

*Exhibitors reserving after this date will be listed on a separate exhibitor addendum sheet.

The exhibitors’ early move-in is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 17, from 8-11 a.m.

Tentative exhibit hall hours are:
Wednesday, September 17, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Thursday, September 18, 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Friday, September 19, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Friday, September 19, 4 p.m.–Exhibit Teardown

Final information about installation and exhibit hall hours will be emailed to all registered exhibitors.

• One bag insert
• Exhibit Space (not to exceed one space)
