Orientation Registration

Students are strongly encouraged to sign up for Palmer Alert to promptly receive voice or text messages in the case of an emergency. This is a free service provided by the college, however, normal text message fees may apply.

As a student, you understand that when you register for any class at Palmer College of Chiropractic you accept full responsibility to pay all tuition, fees and other associated costs.

The College has designated certain categories of information as directory information. A student's consent is needed to release this information. Regardless of a student's enrollment status, a request to withhold directory information remains in force until the student submits a subsequent request for removing the restriction. If you need to change your approval information, forms may be obtained and filed in the Student Administrative Services Office.

In accordance with the FERPA updates, Palmer Chiropractic College of Chiropractic requires permission from the student to report student status to the Department of Education. This information is passed on to various loan institutions and/or other educational institutions for student enrollment verification. It is used in replacement of deferment forms, with the exception of HEAL, PERKINS and STAFFORD loans. Therefore, we request that you indicate the reporting information of your choice.

In an effort to maintain continuity and expedite the return of academic performance results, the majority of our faculty posts your grades by student identification numbers (i.e. matriculation numbers). In accordance with the FERPA, you have a right not to have personally identifiable information posted without your permission. Therefore, we request that you indicate the posting information of your choice.

Palmer College of Chiropractic occasionally takes photo/video/audio recording of students (your likeness) for promotional purposes and for use in print and digital mediums. The College maintains a photo/video/audio authorization and release for all students. If you do not authorize the College to record and use your likeness, it’s your responsibility to notify personnel, including campus photographers and videographers, that you don’t authorize use of your likeness.
