There are a variety of sports and recreation clubs on each Palmer campus. From rugby at the Davenport, Iowa, Campus to ice hockey at the San Jose, Calif., Campus and surfing at the Port Orange, Fla., Campus, sports clubs are a great accompaniment to your chiropractic education.
The College's athletic teams compete against other teams that are affiliated within the same national organization. Each team must have elected officers and compete for a conference and/or regional championship to be eligible to compete for a national championship.
Intramural and extramural student clubs provide a variety of opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and their families to learn a new sport, keep fit, and compete in local leagues or against other university clubs or varsity teams. A sports club is a registered student organization administered through Student Services. Anyone in the Palmer community is welcome to participate.
The Student Services Office on each campus maintains a listing of all current sports teams and clubs. Offerings may vary by term. For more information about Palmer's athletics and recreation, contact Student Services:
