Palmer College of Chiropractic is authorized by Iowa Department of Education’s Bureau of Iowa College Aid to operate in Iowa pursuant to Iowa Code 261B.11(1)j. Higher education institutions that meet the criteria established under section 256.183, subsection 1 (Iowa Tuition Grant Program eligible institutions). Iowa College Aid is the state entity designated to authorize institutions in Iowa, and its authorization process satisfies 34 CFR 600.9. Professional Licensure Disclosure
Pursuant to federal regulation 34 CFR 668.43, Palmer College of Chiropractic must provide students with up-to-date information regarding the requirements for obtaining a state chiropractic license. This information is also provided to new students during the admissions process. Palmer’s Doctor of Chiropractic program meets the requirements for licensure in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
