Dr. Bryan AsbyMeet Bryan Asby, D.C., Faculty Clinician at Palmer Clinics. Dr. Asby graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2012.

WHY DID YOU BECOME A DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC?
When I was a kid, my family had to live within five minutes of a hospital because my asthma attacks were so severe that trips to the emergency room weren’t uncommon. I relied on an albuterol inhaler just to get by. However, at just five years old, my life changed when I visited a chiropractor. Thanks to their care, I no longer needed the inhaler. That experience was my first introduction to chiropractic care, and it left a lasting impression. It inspired me to become a chiropractor myself, driven by a desire to provide a personal and natural approach to helping patients.

WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE FOR PATIENTS?
Exercise. If you’re going to do only one thing, focus on maintaining core strength to assist with your chiropractic care.

WHAT IS YOUR #1 ADVICE FOR STUDENT INTERNS?
Dream about the practice you want to have.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT BEING A CHIROPRACTOR?
All the lives I get to change in my community.

Dr. Asby practices the Palmer Package, NUCCA, MC2, Zone and pediatric care.
