WHY DID YOU BECOME A DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC?
I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works and knew early on that I wanted to be in health care. While I was initially drawn to physical therapy, I chose chiropractic because it allows me to take an individualized and integrated approach to care. I value the ability to help people reduce pain through conservative treatment while also educating and empowering them to take control of their own health.

WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE FOR PATIENTS?
Think of your pain as multi-faceted; it is rarely caused by just one thing. Most spine and musculoskeletal pain improves with a combination of movement, strength training, education, and consistent lifestyle habits. Chiropractic care can be a valuable tool, but it is just one part of the bigger picture. Focus on building strength and confidence in your body. Everything else, like adjustments, stretching, and massage, supports that goal. Small, consistent habits make the biggest difference.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT BEING A CHIROPRACTOR?
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing patients regain the ability to do the things they love. Whether it’s picking up their grandkids, walking a daughter down the aisle, or dancing at a concert, those moments matter. Helping patients achieve even small but meaningful wins is what makes this work so fulfilling.

Dr. Cheuvront practices Diversified and Flexion Distraction techniques. She also takes an integrated approach to care, incorporating passive and active care like soft tissue therapies and physical therapy modalities.
