All members of the Palmer College community should be free from sexual misconduct impacting the educational or workplace environment. The College seeks to foster a climate free from sexual misconduct through a coordinated education and prevention program, clear and effective policies, as well as investigative and complaint procedures that are prompt, equitable and accessible to all.

Students or any other individual associated with or conducting business with the College who have experienced, witnesses, or become aware of any behavior or conduct that may be interpreted as prohibited discrimination, harassment, or retaliation on the basis of sex under law or College policy including sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking or other sexual misconduct or harassment may submit a complaint immediately to the College’s Title IX Coordinator or deputies.
